Can I claim a pregnancy in 2024?

No. In Ohio, you may only claim, on the state form, the same dependents you claimed on the federal form.

Can I claim a pregnancy in 2024?

Legislation was introduced in August of 2024 that would allow claiming the unborn child as a dependent.  The bill was never voted on by the legislature or signed into law by the governor.
