Can I change the answer on form7202

If you have not submitted your return, you can go back and change the answer on your return. 

If you have already submitted your return, you cannot make any changes to your return without amending your return. 

If you need to amend your return, you will need to wait for the return to be accepted, then you can follow the instructions here. 

If you did not submit your return, please click on add state > which will allow you to reopen the return to make changes. Do not worry, you will not be adding any state, it will just allow you to reopen the return.
