Can I cancel my application with turbotax? I'm having to many problems with this program. Which I thought was free.

 If you haven't filed you can just leave and abandon it.  You can try to clear It.

I can't clear it's says that I registered my account

You can just leave and abandon it.  You can start over and make a new account. You didn't file yet, have you?
