To work with a tax specialist on the telephone, you will need a US number that they can contact you at.  You may be able to work with one using Chat only if you do not have access to a US phone number.

My US number works fine in France. I’m looking for a non “800” number to contact a TurboTax tax specialist.

 Customer support phone number is 1-800-4INTUIT (1-800-446-8848).  You can ask to be connected to a specialist.  You may be requested to pay for TurboTax Live before speaking to a specialist, but it depends on the nature of your request.

Your only option may be to sign into your account and request help. They will call you back on your US number.

If you can call a US toll free phone number then use the TurboTax support contact website, describe the problem and you will receive a toll free phone number and an incident number.  Otherwise message TurboTax support using their web pages.

 Can not efile since TT can not verify a foreign phone number. Filing from the Netherlands
