Can I bypass the first "Tell us about you and your taxes" screen? None of the options apply but it won't let me continue. I'm disabled, no loans, deductions ect.

I don't own a home, pay rent, have dependents, credits, charity, loans, stocks or own my own business. I don't have a job, but the screen won't let me advance, nor will the chat allow me to talk to a representative until I have started the return... but I can't start the return... so how am I supposed to file my tax return? I still need to file, but this system doesn't seem to allow for those who are disabled, but not yet on disability....

You can usually bypass all of that information except your personal information.  Of course you may have to enter the information before filing.

Try this:

Log into your account

on the left side there is a menu

Choose my Info then complete that information

then continue to move forward

Or 

go back to the menu and choose Federal

Federal will open up entries for return information at the top

Deductions and Credits

Other Tax Situations
