Can a box 14 be in the negatives? Paper w2 states its negative but when trying to type it into the box on computer it says min. is 0?

Do you know what it is reporting?

At one time, Box 14 was not used for reporting anything that was used on a tax return (so you could simply disregard it), but recently there are A FEW situations where that number is needed.
