CA 3526 Incorrect carry over from 2020

I'm getting a large carry over on the disallowed investment interest expense from 2020 on my 2021 form, but the actual 2020 has $0 disallowed investment interest expense.

If you believe your Investment Interest Expense Carryover from 2020 is incorrect, under Deductions & Credits, go to Retirement & Investments > Investment Interest Expenses and choose Start/Update.

Say YES to 'do you have 2021 investment interest expenses or 2020 carryovers?'

On the next screen, you can enter/edit the amount of Investment Interest Expense Carryover (screenshot).
