If you believe your Investment Interest Expense Carryover from 2020 is incorrect, under Deductions & Credits, go to Retirement & Investments > Investment Interest Expenses and choose Start/Update.

Say YES to 'do you have 2021 investment interest expenses or 2020 carryovers?'

On the next screen, you can enter/edit the amount of Investment Interest Expense Carryover (screenshot).
