Bug report

I reported a major calculation flaw last week and spoke to someone who seemed to get a good understanding as I showed them the problem. However, they could make no assurance that the issue would be fixed nor time frame. TurboTax says they stand behind their calculations but will will they fix a major flaw before the filing deadline?
