Box 19 has an absurdly high number listed

I live in work in NJ for a state department and my W-2 seems off.  I'm looking at box 19 (local income tax) and they have [removed] entered in the box.  Box 20 (locality name) is DI P.P.#.  Box 19 seems way to high of a number to be legit.  Any thoughts?

If you think the local taxes withheld are to high or incorrect you need to contact your employer for an explanation and possibly a correction.
