Turbo Tax is asking for user ID and password for my BNY Mellon/Pershing account. I do not have any such thing. I do not bank by mail. Turbo Tax has not asked for this in past years. I need help to get past this page of Turbo Tax.

It sounds like you indicated that you wanted to import a tax form from BNY Mellon/Pershing. It could be a 1099-B, a 1099-INT, or 1099-DIV. Try using the "Back" button or if there is no Back button, exit by clicking on another section, and then return to the section you're in and make sure you don't indicate that you want to import any information.
No. I was not asking to import a 1099 or any other IRS-related form
@sighly Can you clarify your question?
