blue screen

why is my screen turning blue and i cant finish my taxes when i am half way through deductions???help i have reloaded and deleted everything twice and also went from a disk to down load.

No manual update for Mac.  Try turning your Mac off & on.

Thanks, did that about 100 times, uninstalled and reinstalled the disk til I'm blue in the face, no pun intended.
