blank screen trying to activate TT 2024

Blank screen when I open Turbotax 2024

I just downloaded TurboTax 2024 to my MacBook Air running MacOS 15.2.  When I open turbo tax all I get is a blank screen with a cancel button at the lower right.  No place to enter activation code.   I see others had this problem a couple of weeks ago, and I see no solution posted. Help!

Did you finish the installation?  Did you install the .dmg file?

 The installation is not complete until you use the slide the file into the applications.  After you do this you should be prompted to move forward and you will be able to enter the activation code. 

If you installed the .exe file, you will need to delete that file and reinstall the .dmg file. Be sure to select TurboTax for Mac
