How do I contact Intuit about a refund for efile of state taxes? I've spent hours trying to submit a refund request, but since I purchased the State efile directly from Intuit, I have no receipt.  Is there a phone number?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
