Well...based on your other comments, you can get hold of a TTX rep here (as long as you didn't use the "Online" Free version...i.e. paid full Basic" or Deluxe or higher):
What is the TurboTax phone number?

Beyond that, TTX can't know if you've entered your RMD twice.
We always strongly encourage folks to Print/Read/Examine their actual tax forms before filing, to correct an entry errors that YOU made. Double-entering an RMD would be fairly obvious to you....if you looked at the form 1040 before actually filing it.
The above post---which only says "Big Mess" -- does not tell us anything at all about your issue. Posting about the same thing in different threads makes it confusing for those of us who might want to help you. Please keep your related posts in one thread. As @SteamTrain did, I read your other post by clicking on your username to see what the problem was. And, it seems you entered your RMD twice. That was a user error. If you need to amend your return:
Wait until your original return has been fully processed before you amend, and make sure you have saved a pdf of the original return before you amend.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for amending a tax return - https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us/help-article/tax-return/amend-change-correct-return-a...
Do not expect quick results from amending. It can take four months or more for the IRS to process an amended return.
You can watch for information here:

For your RMD entered twice. One thing that could have happened......did you import any 1099 forms? Even if you didn't import the 1099R but other 1099 forms from the same bank or brokerage it might have imported the 1099R too. Then you also manually entered it.
Turbo Tax is a self prepared return. They only guarantee the calculations are right based on your entries. They won't know if you entered something wrong or twice or in the wrong place or left something out. It doesn't check against any outside sources. The IRS has copies of all the W2s and 1099s your employer and banks/brokers, etc. sent in to match against. Turbo Tax only checks the calculations of what you entered. It is your responsibility to check it over before you file.
