I am a 22 year old who graduated college the first week of May 2024. The past few years, I have been claimed as a Dependent per my parents Property Settlement Agreement where it states "Father may claim child as a Dependent until he no longer qualifies". The parent who claims me does not provide anything other than health insurance, I have not lived with that parent since 2022 at the latest. Can I still be claimed as a Dependent? Thanks in advance.
