I am a 22 year old who graduated college the first week of May 2024. The past few years, I have been claimed as a Dependent per my parents Property Settlement Agreement where it states "Father may claim child as a Dependent until he no longer qualifies". I have had a full time job for the entirety of 2024, and pay for all of my own things except rent. The parent who claims me does not provide anything other than health insurance, I have not lived with that parent since 2022 at the latest. Can I still be claimed as a Dependent? Thanks in advance.
