I bought the Basic version but when I get to the state section it is asking me to pay again. Doesn't the basic version include state returns?

I paid for and downloaded the basic version. I was able to do the federal no problem but when I get to state it is asking me to pay again. This should be included shouldn't it?

Basic does NOT include state software. If you need to prepare a state you have to purchase the state software at an additional cost.
