Bank of America

Every year I hope I'm able to import Bank of American documents and I never can. If I wanted to type the stuff in myself I wouldn't have purchased Turbo Tax. I see where folks have posted about this again this year and it never seems to get resolved. I've done what every one else has done....changed browsers cleared cache etc. The first attempt, I lost all my data and had to start over the entire tax return over.  This time I was smarter and saved it before I got to part to add Bank of America.  It works and even says success as everyone else has noted then it crashes and nothing is imported.  Is there a fix for this or not?

I called the number and it sent me irrelevant info in a text that had nothing to do with what I was asking. It's apparent you have a problem with Bank of America due to all the complaints I'm reading, so why not let everyone if there is a fix or not instead of sending us to a support line that isn't helpful. I'm assuming the fix is what I've been doing every year....I have to do it myself.  I won't buy your product again and I'm also going to post this on Twitter so others are aware and don't waste their time/money.
