Are you using the Online internet version or the Desktop CD/Download program?  What version do you have?  Do you want the personal Home & Business version or the separate Business program?

I installed to other Notebook, it worked fine.  Only Surface Pro did not work.

It should just be the price difference between Home & Business and your Premier.  Why do you want to upgrade?  All the Desktop programs have all the same forms.  We can help you enter something in Premier.

the program would not let me edit my income section to add deductibles.  I was on Deluxe version
