No. Sorry, your legal fees are no longer deductible, even to collect taxable income. The new tax law suspended that as a federal deduction.

TurboTax made me upgrade to Premium because I had a dist. from a roth IRA, but it wasn't taxable. Also said I go with standard deduction. How do I downgrade to Deluxe?
