Clearing cache, deleting website history, etc. did not work on 2 computers, 1 laptop, a iPad, or an iPhone (on multiple different internet connections). This is not on my side. The circle thing goes around for around on your website for 30 every time I switch to a different page during every attempt on everything listed above. I’ve never had this issue in the 6 plus years of using turbo tax online. Please rectify this soon. Thanks.
Have you also tried using a different browser? Chrome generally works well.
If you have all of the minimum system requirements, and have tried trying all of the troubleshooting steps mentioned you still have the same problem:
See this help article for instructions on how to contact TurboTax customer support depending on which product you are using. Be prepared to answer the following:
I have tried multiple different computers, multiple different internets connections, multiple different browsers, multiple times erased/resetting cache/cookies etc…. Nothing has worked. AGAIN, this is not an issue on the users side if your side continues to have the same issue while I try to submit the final page asking to upload my tax’s to the IRS. This is on your end. You have my email and phone number to contact ME to resolve this issue. If I do not hear back via direct email or phone in the next week, I will assume you don’t care for your customers and I will spend my money elsewhere. I have never had this issue in the last 7-8 years using turbo tax. This is ridiculous to continue to get replies from your customer service asking to try this and that. I have still provided you the response for all the different things to try. Now the ball is in your court.
I am sorry to hear you are having trouble with your software. We cannot contact you directly from this forum. If you have tried the troubleshooter steps, you may need to contact support.
