Amending return someone else filed in turbo Tax

In 2022 my sister-n-law let someone file her taxes, they used TurboTax. Can she gain access to the return in turbo tax? She needs to amend it for my nieces FASFA. They filed her as head of household.

She needs to know the exact account and user ID that were used to prepare the return, so she needs that information from the person who prepared the return for her.  Or did the person use the CD/download software?  If so, the tax files are only on that person's own hard drive or on any back up device that was used, like a flash drive.
