Amended says completed, no check.

Amended return finally says completed on 9/23. How more longer should I wait to receive check?

Ok ... did you successfully efile the amended return ?   Or did you mail it in ?     Once you have filed the return expect the amended return to take 6 to 10 months to process ... possibly longer.

We do not know where you are seeing the information that the return is "completed."   When the IRS sends your refund it will be mailed to the address on your tax return via first class mail without tracking.   Watch your mailbox and open all mail even if it looks like junk mail.   It is taking the IRS a  very long time to process amended returns, from six to nine months or even longer.

TurboTax receives no information from the IRS regarding the issuing of individual refund checks.  So no one here can tell you when your check will arrive.

According to the screenshot you posted, yes.  (Unless your refund was offset to pay off past-due obligations.)  See this:
