Are you sure you are looking at the "employer's" EIN......it's 9 digits with a hyphen after the first two,
...the XXX's before the last four digits is usually your own SSN, and you know that already.

Don't try to upload form a picture or PDF file...just enter the W-2 form manually, by typing it in yourself...and when entering your own SSN, don't enter the xxx's on the actual form, use your full SSN
Are you looking at the actual W-2 forms from your employers, or at copies from some other source? The W-2 from an employer has to have the employer's complete EIN on it. If you got a W-2 that is not filled out correctly, ask the employer for a properly filled out W-2. Alternatively you could just ask them to tell you their full EIN.
