I keep getting reminders from Turbotax that my "W-2 from Former-Company is ready." I left Former-Company in 2017. I didn't work there in 2018. Why this notification?

I left Former-Company for another job in 2017. Why is Turbotax sending me notifications about having a W-2 being ready for a company I didn't work at in 2018?

All it means is the company you used to work for has made the W-2s available for importing but you will not have one... so Just ignore that email ... and delete the W-2 that transferred over from 2017.
