I am now divorced but filed taxes with my x husband last year. Does AGI on the 2020 taxes want my income or both combined if I am filing separately this year?

Where do I find my AGI?

Your 2018 tax return shows your 2018 Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) If you filed a joint return then the AGI is the same for each of you.
Both you and our ex-husband should use the Jointly Filed AGI from the 2018 return.when filing your 2019 tax return. It is on line 7 on Form 1040.
If you used Turbo Tax last year you should start a brand new account for yourself and not transfer from last year. Online is only good for 1 return. But you can use the same email address for 5 accounts. How to start another return in the Online version
