The AGI is correct but is rejected. I resubmitted five times with the same result. Then I retyped the same AGI and got a different error that the PIN was wrong without mention of AGI. I retyped the PIN and got an error that the AGI or PIN were wrong. There's no way to ask Turbo Tax if this can be corrected on their end or if its an IRS problem. Now to mail both Fed and state returns.

Have you tried entering a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file the 2021 tax return?
The IRS may not have your 2020 AGI in their database.
Yes I tried zero in the AGI from a tip in an old comment. I got a rejection that the PIN was incorrect so I tried zero in the PIN and got a rejection that either the AGI or PIN was in error. And eFiling the state form was also rejected because the Fed return was not accepted. I mailed them in.
Please see the below TurboTax help article for a list of potential reasons your return is being rejected due to the AGI.
What if I entered the correct AGI and I'm still getting an e-file reject?
I had the same issue. Entered the correct information and kept getting rejected. Saw this in forum to enter zero. That's what I just did and it was accepted. Doesn't make sense, but it worked!
Glad it worked for you @jethered
AGI is correct but PINs might be causing the rejection. Need HELP

The 5 digit e-file PIN can be any 5 numbers you select. If the 2021 AGI is correct and the IRS rejects the e-filed tax return then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2021 AGI and e-file the 2022 tax return again.
