After selecting "e-file" twice and waiting for a while - there was no response and only a blank "page". Am I doing something wrong?
You aren't doing anything wrong. Sometimes you just need to try troubleshooting your web browser, turn off any pop-up blockers, use a different web browser,delete your browser cookies.
