After you successfully log in, look under "Products and Billing" to get to the list of previous years' licensed products that I spoke of above.

You have some posts in another thread.    Please keep your related posts in the same thread or it becomes very confusing to follow and/or provide help.   You seem to be talking about using desktop software for several past years.  TurboTax no longer provides support for software older than 2021, so you will not be able to get updates or support of any kind for 2019 or 2020 even if you manage to access the software--which is unlikely.
