Activation Code not working

I purchased turbotax from costco and just opened it.  When entering my activation code / license code it's saying it's invalid.  Checked and rechecked the code.

How did you open it?   Costco only sells the Desktop download program.   I buy mine from Costco.   Are you using these steps?

Duh.. thank you.. I don't know where I found the other address.. turbotax.com/activate but that doesn't work with my purchase from costco.  Thanks again!
