Account was closed. I sent documents again to email cooperation

I sent documents of of my ID last week. I have over 700 still in account. I sent my documents thru the email they provided. And sent it to the cooperation. And still nothing. Card ending in 2814 . My email [email address removed] my number [phone number removed]

My intuit turbo prepaid card. I sent all documents of my ID. They closed account IDK why so they said send it again which I did so many times even thru email. I have over 700 still on account. Been almost 2months now I mean cmon
