Well since you cannot efile twice the second account is immaterial ... so you can simply let it go dormant.
If you have 2 accounts figure out which one you filed from and want to keep and use that one going forward.
You can not delete or merge accounts.
You can try to clear all of the information in the wrong TurboTax account for this year but you will need to Contact Customer Support to have an account deactivated for more of a resolution.
