I'm filing my 2019 Tax, they want me at the 1099 R form to fill qualified disaster distribution, but I don't have, and I input zero, and efile reject me.

This can happen if you accidentally indicated that the distribution was due to a federally declared disaster. To fix this, go back into your 1099-R entries and go through the interview again. Please be sure to indicate that the distribution was NOT related to a disaster.

Gisele, I'm having the same issue. I have gone back to the interview section and I do not see any questions about whether or not it was a disaster distribution. Any more advice?

You will find these questions when entering a form 1099-R.  The follow on questions after entering the 1099-R information ask about the "Qualified Disaster Distributions".  If they do not apply, select "NO" and leave the boxes blank.  If you have put a number (0) in the boxes delete it and hit delete several times to make sure there are no extra spaces in the boxes.

Once done entering all the income select "wrap up income" at the bottom and you may get a another question about "Qualified Disaster income;" select "No" if it does not apply.
