I took the coronovirus qualified disaster relief in 2020. My understanding was it was to be spread over 3 years which includes the year I took the distribution. However when I file taxes Form 8915-F is still coming up for 2023. I tried deleting the form and the list, which was successful but my tax refund amount is not changing. What do I do?

The Form 8915-F Worksheet and the Form 8915-F along with the Form 1099-R were transferred from the 2022 tax return and need to be deleted. There may also be a "Qualified Disaster Retirement Plan Distributions" and/or a "2020 Disaster Distribution" form listed that has to be deleted.

Then, you likely had form 8915-f carry over to your 2023 return.
Since you don't need that form 8915-f in 2023 and have to delete it. I know you tried that, but that's why I'm having you clear your cache and cookies first.

Help ..I submitted my tax return and didn’t realize the 8915f carried over. I payed this over 3 years and was finished in 2022.what do I do?
If you have already filed your tax return and it has been accepted, and a distribution amount was actually recorded on your tax return for 2023 (which would be taxable) then you will have to file an amended tax return.
Make sure you wait until your return has been processed before doing this.
You can check your return to see if a disaster distribution amount was entered on it. It would have flowed from Form 8915-F to Line 5b of your Form 1040.
