Yo where’s the form 8915-F? Why can I still not file?

Form 8915-F does show as being available on the Form Availability List. However, some software updates are being implemented that have resulted in a delay. There will be two separate updates to the form. The first is anticipated on the 22nd and the second is anticipated on the 29th. After those dates, update your software if you are in the desktop version of the software, and try to proceed with your return. (edited)

I have been waiting patiently for the 8915-f form and as of this time it is still not available. I have been a TurboTax customer for a long time but I will be requesting a refund since the software is not meeting my needs. I need to file my taxes now and I am not going to wait until April. Will be using a different software vendor for filing my taxes.

At what point does TurboTax start refunding its customers for not supplying the product as advertised.

the form availability tool says it is ready but it is not. My software is up to date and still says "revisit this area later". When will this be available for desktop version?

Sometimes it takes a little while for the updates to catch up.  You might try back in a couple of days.
