For 2025 deductions, is one aggregate deduction still acceptable? Or must every individual retirement account have a minimum deduction?

The same way that RMD for an individual's traditional IRA can be aggregated with the RMDs for the individual's other traditional IRAs, the RMD for a 403(b) account can be aggregated with RMDs for individual's other 403(b) accounts.

As Mike9241 indicated, inherited retirement accounts are separate from the individual's own accounts.

Depends if it is from IRA or 401k accounts.  You can only combine IRA accounts.   Each 401k, 403b, 457 etc are done separately.

also inherited IRAs are subject to different RMD rules.
