First, it took me forever to install the program. Hours on the internet helped to solve that issue.
My problem. I can start my return, input data going step by step and then I go to the page to the personal tab - 'let's get your biggest possible refund", and can click through to income reported on your 2021 return. I click on the link, then it stalls for a second or two, crashes and reopens and takes me back to . 'let's get your biggest possible refund". (After the first time I learned to save after each section input as the first time I had to re input information .) At least now it opens without having to recover the data.
I have installed the program, uninstalled it, and reinstalled it numerous times. Although I have plenty of space on my PC (49G) for the program to run, the last install I put it on my outside hard drive as I have 4T of space. Yes, I had loaded it on the PC too.
I am beyond frustrated as I have spent hours trying to repair this. I am open for all suggestions to get this repaired. I did buy the disc as it is a bit of a security for me, and perhaps the disc is back. I don't know. I am out of options. Thank you.
