2022 Colorado Tax Rate

According to the Colorado DR 0104 Book, pages 19-20, the tax rate for 2022 is 4.4%, but TurboTax is using 4.5%.

The Colorado state program forms and schedule have not yet been finalized.  The date for Colorado forms availability is 01/19/2023.

I just updated TurboTax on 1/21/23 and the program is still using the 4.5% tax rate. When will this be corrected to the new 4.4% rate?
