2021 Tax Return has been missing for a year

I did my taxes last year on turbo tax and I still have not recieved my tax return. I called both of my banks they said they never recieved the money, they told me to call the IRS or Turbo Tax. So, I called both. Turbo Tax automated system sucks and couldnt get past my first name. The IRS said that they needed to do an investigation, 200+ days later they finally respond with answers. The IRS said it was sent to some bank. I did some searching and it said that turbo tax uses that bank for tax returns.  So I tried calling turbo tax again for help and still could not get past that automated system. When doing my taxes for 2022 I had to look at my 2021 taxes and I realized that the direct deposit routing number and account number were not my accounts, not even close. They dont resemble my account or routing numbers, so a mistake on my end is out of question. Turbo Tax where is my money, $753 dollars are missing.

Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund?  If so, your refund went to the third party bank.  You need to sort it out with them; prepare for aggravation.

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax.   TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.

Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC  (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

TurboTax does not receive any kind of tax refund, federal or state.

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

I tried calling and using their website. Its asking me for my social but when I enter it, the automated operater says that it was invalid. It also asked for my IPIN, I checked my tax documents that I got from Turbo Tax and it does not have it on there. The only pin on the document that is filled out was also determined to be invalid. What do I do?
