2018 tax return not received

Hi 

I filled my 2018 tax return by mail in Nov 2020. I still have not get my return bank and no status on the the Get refund status tool as well. 

what I need to do please

Just continue to wait.  Per the IRS:

COVID-19 Mail Processing Delays

It’s taking us longer to process mailed documents including:

• Paper tax returns, and
• All tax return related correspondence.

We are processing all mail in the order we received it.

Do not file a second tax return or call the IRS.

Expect extended delays if you mailed your return.
