Hi I am trying to find my 2017 tax return and W-9's. Is there a way you can email this to me? It will not allow me to download it. Please let me know.

W9?  That is a form you get from someone requesting your ssn or EIN.  Turbo Tax won't have a W9.  Do you mean a W2 or W4?

Why can't you download your return?  Try using a different browser.  You need to register a 2019 online account to access prior years
