Yes, the federal tax due amount calculated by TurboTax (at the top of your screen) would also include any amount of self-employment tax that you owe. You do not pay SE tax separately - it is included with your other tax on your return.

Is there a way to "turn off" Turbo Tax's calculation of penalties for not paying enough estimated taxes and let the IRS do it?
