I am trying to file an 1120s for my LLC with an S-Corp designation but I keep getting connected to personal tax help support who can't help me with figuring out why my schedule L is out of balance. The desktop business filing software help link redirects to personal help. Is there a direct phone number for business help? I may have originally used my work email to try and get help with the wrong link but I am not sure if this is what is causing me trouble. I even select the business product link I found and it's still sending me to personal support. How do I get in touch with business support?
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
There is technically no "business support" in the sense that the representatives only handle issues with the business software or entity tax inquiries. You can contact Support via the link below and hope that you get someone who is familiar with entity income tax issues.

Otherwise, you can post more details on this board and, perhaps, someone can provide an answer or get you pointed in the right direction.

I cannot figure out how to balance my balance sheet which is the last thing I need to do. I will need a step by step help . I have tried everything.
First, ensure that you need to complete the balance sheet section.

If so, then you will either have to post details here on this board or seek professional tax guidance (and the latter would be highly recommended).
