1099C- can't enter info

I found where info is to be entered. It asks several questions, then tells me to talk to a tax advisor. I start over, get the same result.  I want to enter the income figures to see what effect it has on my tax refund. Is there something wrong with the program?

• Are these the ones you saw?
  • Tell us about your canceled debt
  • Tell Us How Many Forms You Received
  • Did You Have a Second Mortgage?
  • Tell Us About Your Main Home
