Why does Turbotax calculate my tax on box 1 in 1099-R and not based on box 2a?

During the entry of the 1099-R, at the screen Describe the Taxable Amount, did you click:

Yes, the amount in box 2a was used as the taxable amount, or
No, a different amount was taxable?

What is the code in box 7?

Is the IRA/SEP/SIMPLE box checked?

Is the box 2b (not determined) checked?
