I have W2. My wife is a tailor in a small business. She is paid with no taxes withheld and she had to pay taxes every quarter. She is given 1099-NEC for 2022. Could we still pay taxes together? I can't find a way to place her every quarter payments in a turbo tax form for a joint filing. Any tips?

Yes. File married, jointly. To report estimated tax payments:

    • Go to the Federal section, then Deductions & Credits. ...
    • Select Estimates and Other Taxes Paid.
    • Select Start or Revisit next to Estimated Tax Payments.
    • Choose Start next to the type of estimated tax payment you'd like to enter.
