Hi
A company sent me a 1099-MISC by mistake, and when I contacted them, they acknowledged the mistake and sent me another 1099-MISC with zero amount. In the new form, the corrected box is checked. Should I include this form in my tax return?
Thanks,

You can follow-up with the issuer of your Form 1099-MISC to make sure they have provided the corrected Form 1099-MISC to the IRS, especially if it brings you peace of mind.
You do not need to include the Form 1099-MISC on your tax return, if all boxes are zero, even if the corrected box is checked. Keep this Form with your tax records.
If all boxes on your corrected 1099-MISC form are 0, you do not have to report it on your tax return.
Thanks, even with the corrected box checked, is it ok to not include the form in my tax return when all values are zero? Should I follow up with the company to ensure that they have sent the corrected form to IRS?
