If the amounts on a 1099 are all zero, do I need to enter them?

If they are ALL zero, then no.
That is what I was thought since it has zero effect on the tax calculation, even though the information is included in the "reported to IRS" section of the combined 1099-DIV/INT/MISC/B statement from the financial group. Thanks for the verification.
