Where do you enter in the 2025 Deluxe Desktop version the information in a 1099-INT that you cannot import as it is a non financial or investment  source (private loan)

To enter your Form 1099-INT in TurboTax Desktop, with your return open

1. Select the "Federal Taxes" tab.
2. Select "Wages & Income"
3. On the screen with "Your 2025 Income Summary" scroll down to "Interest & Dividends"
4. Click on Start (or Update) next to "Interest on 1099-INT"
5. Click on the "Interest" box to highlight it and then "Continue"
6. Fill from you information for your Form 1099-INT

If you are prompted to select your financial institution or to import, select "I'll Type it in Myself"
